Tribco C-2800 friction discs more than doubled the lifespan of OEM discs on Caterpillar 777 haul trucks operating in a gold mine near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Originally wearing out in 7,000 hours, the retrofitted trucks now show “like-new” friction stack height — even after 13,000 hours.
